    Tahnee is the go-getter, the ideas woman, and founder of alt.asyst.

    With deep expertise in business operations, business intelligence, and the interaction between systems and users, she is passionate about turning data into clear, actionable insights that help organisations make informed decisions, improve efficiency, and drive long-term success.

    With a background in Program and Project Management, Tahnee has a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and beyond expectations. She understands that change is not just about systems—it is about people. Known for her personable and adaptable approach, she works closely with teams to implement improvements in a way that minimises resistance and disruption. Whether refining workflows, enhancing user adoption, or streamlining operations, she ensures that changes are practical, well-communicated, and widely embraced.

    Her strength lies in bridging the gap between data, systems, and people. She thrives on identifying inefficiencies, refining processes, and implementing data-driven strategies that improve business performance while keeping teams engaged and empowered. Whether optimising Defence and commercial business systems, supporting operational change, or ensuring smooth transitions, she focuses on creating solutions that work for both the business and its people.

  • Bryce Robinson is the engine that keeps the show on the road. An experienced commercial lawyer with a strong background in both the commercial and defence sectors. Admitted to practice in the Federal and NSW courts, Bryce has spent seven years specialising in commercial, corporate, intellectual property, and contract problem solving. He has experience consulting in a range of corporate, commercial and operational matters. His ability to navigate complex frameworks and provide pragmatic, effective solutions is at the heart of his professional expertise.

    Bryce wasn’t always a commercial geek. He has spent 13 years in the Royal Australian Air Force as aircrew, his consulting experience began as test and evaluation aircrew flying on the E-7A. In total he brings nearly 17 years of experience in the defence sector.

    He now finds his home providing commercial support for Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG). He has played a key role in commercial and project management in every role. At CASG, Bryce supported major defence procurements and sustainment projects, using his combined legal and operational knowledge to ensure robust contractual and commercial outcomes. This unique combination of legal and defence experience enables Bryce to provide comprehensive, strategic advice tailored to both commercial and defence environments.

    The team’s combined experience in the defence sector is extensive. Each individual has over 10 years experience in the sector. It is shared between APS, consulting and in uniform. The team has served in operations, supported CASG and everything in between.

    The team has extensive experience managing various projects, primarily in the defence sphere. These projects are large scale and have complex and integrates stakeholders. The team is adept at managing budgets and schedules to achieve the outcomes required.
